On Demand/Ad hoc cover can be offered which includes remote and reactive. When a problem occurs, we will despatch a member of our team to
repair/rectify the problem. In addition to this, we will implement a maintenance
regime (PPM) for all building services and will attend site as and
when required and during the hours which least affect your business.
Midway Service cover can be offered which sits between the On Demand and TFM covers shown above and below respectively.


TFM (Total Facilities Management) cover can include the allocation of a permanent ACF engineer/manager to your building. This member of staff
will be on site permanently to cover all and any issues you may have - whether they be ‘handy man’ tasks such as moving desks and
hanging pictures, right through to the day to day running of solving your more technical issues .
